"Lovely cosy cottage just a few minutes walk from the harbour and into the town. Well equipped and very clean. Easy communication with host. Would definitely recommend for a stay in Brixham. Parking isn’t easy but host gave us tips on where to park which worked perfectly. Would stay here should we visit Brixham again. "

Fans are not at all adequate on hot days. I wonder where health and safety stands if one faints due to the heat on hot days or the risk or access if there is a fire. I did like that reception staff was very helpful to find me another room on the cooler side of the building. TVs need upgrading to Smart TVs. "
