Buena Park Pousadas

Hotel was nice and quiet.

The room was clean and neat. Breakfast had several options but need some type of potatoes or bacon for those who don’t care for sausage. Just a suggestion. Muffins were delicious and so was the blueberry pomegranate açaí water as a juice option.

Staffs were kind and above all, I was satisfied

We always stay here when we visit Buena Park. This hotel is the whole package always clean, great staff, shopping near by.

Better condition than last stay on April this year:)

Great, initially i booked the wrong date, and i was able to change It the same day on the app. It’s getting better. Front desk friendly and quick.

Enjoyed our stay very much! Our room was very clean and plenty spacious, plus had a fridge! The television and air worked well, and it was a quiet stay! The manager we checked in with was quite kind and helpful when i needed an ice bucket and some directions. Its not the Ritz, but if a clean place to lounge and sleep with plenty of nearby quick bites is what youre looking for like my husband and I were, this is the place for you:) - we would book again:)

I love this Hotel, is always very clean and around many stores!

good location

Good

I LIKE THE EASE OF CHECK-IN, I REALLY LIKED THE PRICE. FOR THE COMPLAINS THAT ARE RECEIVED, YES THE FLOORS WERE NOT NEW, THE WALLS HAD DAMAGE, THE TOWELS WERE CLEAN BUT HAD OLD STAINS. BUT FOR THE PRICE I WENT,I SLEPT,I BATHED AND LEFT. PERFECT. I ENJOY CAMPING SO THE LITTLE THINGS DONT BOTHER ME. GOOD PLACE TO GO SLEEP AND LEAVE. BATH ALSO JUST DON'T EXPECT NEW TOWELS. TAKE YOUR OWN AND DON'T FUSS. OR IF THAT REALLY BOTHERS YOU PAY 2 - 3 TIMES MORE FOR ANOTHER PLACE.

I like the easy checking. And the staff is very polite. The room was clean and quiet.

The young lady at the front desk wasn’t wasn’t customer service oriented at all. I did not receive a receipt. Upon checkout, I requested an itemized receipt. She was hesitant and unfriendly about it. Upon receiving the receipt, my CASH depot was not on receipt. She didn’t even remember out transaction. We stayed just one night.

This inn was a hidden gem beacuse outside it didn’t look appealing but once walking inside th story changes as the rooms were remodeled and as well as the bathrooms and it really had a cozy feel that really made it feel like I was staying in the hitlon. All in all it was a good experience

The property staff was so nice! The room was fine. It had a refrigerator and microwave which we liked. The best part is the location-walking distance to Disneyland and the shopping center. Bonus was the free parking! We would definitely stay here again! The one negative is they don’t have free breakfast but it wasn’t a big deal for us

I have stayed at the Ayres Orange multiple times over the past few years and will keep coming back! First and foremost, the hotel is in a very convenient and easy-to-find location right off the freeway. It is also far enough away from Disney that the area feels less chaotic and congested, but is still just a short ride away from the parks. The hotel is great for those wanting a more relaxed, child-adjacent Disney experience. The staff were very kind, professional, and efficient. Check in and...
