The architect owner has spared no expense in finishing the kitchen with Patagonian Granite, the bathrooms in fine Callacata of Carrara marble installed by master craftsmen. And the hardwood floors have been beautifully preserved in their original form from 1940.
There is air conditioning throughout, even in the kitchen! and WiFi Internet.
The living room is well proportioned with a high ceiling, very
comfortable sofa and comfortable chairs and round
low tables all from Italian high quality design.
An entertainment system that includes 32 inch Samsung flat screen, DVD player and speakers.
The furnishings are of a much higher quality than usually associated with a rental property – as is the art.

The bedrooms are also bright, have good closet space and there
is a safe in the master bedroom.

The kitchen has all the features you need including an American style refrigerator, dish washing machine, clothes washer, microwave, halogen cooking hobs and a lovely selection of crockery including elegant wine glasses.
There is also a separate desk working area.

For stays over a week there is complimentary cleaning service.
The building has 24 hour security service, a classic French style entrance with polished brass and glossy paint and elegant stone.

This is a part of Recoleta favoured by Argentines returning for a visit rather than tourists, on Juncal at the T junction with Riobamba. It is just minutes from the buzzing intersection of Sante Fe and Callao, yet the apartment itself is on a quiet side street with no buses. There are several bars and restaurants within 4 minutes’ walk and many more shops. Taxis are in abundance and for those who like, a Subte / Subway station close by.
