He even offered inconvenience refund because the hot tub messed up on us, and we weren't able to use it. This is very rare, but so great of him! Was staying for the Cheyenne Frontier days and Laramie was only 49mins away so made it super easy. We have elderly family with us and it was incredibly accessible and comfortable for them as well as my husband and myself.
