“some of the staff was excellent desi was very helpful during checking out I wish she was there when I was checking in. the first room I had it was never cleaned ,so I had to downgrade to a double bed room that had a knife in the mirror I was told it was from the last person staying there. I tried to speak with a manger they said there was not one on duty. then when they came in I tried to talk to them again they wouldn't even come to the front desk to speak with me.
