"What a jewel. If you like trying different every now and then, Train Wreck Inn is for you. A unique experience that walks you back in time. And thats not a bad thing. Super clean and well maintained property. Our only regret is that we just had a 1 night layover. Could have used a couple of days here to take the entire experince in, which includes experiencing the local sights and sounds. Highly recommend."

"We had an amazing stay! The kids had an absolute blast fishing and spending time on the paddle boats—it made for so many wonderful family memories. The property was peaceful, well-kept, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The owner was fantastic, responding quickly to every question and making the entire experience easy from start to finish. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing family vacation!"

"I was very pleased with my stay here. I was a little skeptical before arrival with the cheap price of the room. However I honestly can't say anything bad about this place. The room was clean, no bugs, dead or alive, of any kind. No stains or hairs on the bedding and the bed was comfortable. The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful."

"We stayed Mar 1-5 and enjoyed the beautiful property of 6 acres. The upstairs rooms and area are very nice even tho the stairs were hard to maneuver for us old people. My husband and I (ages 88 and 89) stayed in the downstairs bedroom so we didn’t have an issue with the stairs. If you want quiet country living this is for you. "
