This spacious waterfront property features a main house, 2 charming casitas, an entertainment barn, pickle ball court and a two-story dock with slip! The Space: \*\* Please note we are currently building a brand new boat and jet ski dock estimated to be completed March 15th. MAIN HOME + CASITAS Welcome to your perfect lake getaway! This spacious, waterfront property features a single-level main house, 2 charming casitas, an entertainment barn and pickle ball court! Whether you're hosting a family reunion, or a weekend getaway, our Lakeside Retreat is the ideal venue for gatherings! The main house has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms as well as 2 detached casitas, each having a full bedroom and full bathroom. The open concept living area and kitchen are perfectly suited for groups of multi-generational families. Home cooks can stay close to all the action as they whip up a delicious dinner with stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space. Curl up on the living room couch with a good book or watch your favorite movie on the 58" LED flat screen TV. The main home houses the Primary bedroom, Guest Bedroom 1, and Guest Bedroom 2\. Casita 1 houses a King bed + futon. Casita 2 houses two Twin over Twin bunk beds and has a window AC and Portable heater. 2 washer and 2 dryers are available for guest use. ENTERTAINMENT BARN The entertainment barn and sports / pickleball court is located in a large gated lot across the street and a few steps away from the main house. Please note: there are no street lights so we recommend bringing a flashlight for this short walk! The barn is a spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom retreat that houses 8 additional guests and has 2 living areas which offers plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. Enjoy movie nights, cozy up with a good book in one of the comfortable lounges or challenge friends or family to a game on the pool table, a perfect centerpiece for entertainment! The pool table also doubles as the dining table and is located next to the full-sized kitchen space, a chef's dream! Each of the 3 bedrooms is thoughtfully designed for comfort, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. Bedroom 6 offers a Queen bed, Bedroom 7 has 2 Queen Beds and Bedroom 8 sleeps 4 guests in the two twin bunk beds. Whether you’re here for a weekend getaway or an extended stay, this charming space offers the perfect blend of relaxation and fun. OUTDOOR AMENITIES Out the patio door of the main house, is a sprawling deck with a dining table for 6 and lounge seating. Fire up the BBQ grill and enjoy your favorite meal while you take in the gorgeous views of the lake or relax on the second story of the boat dock\* for ultimate views! Our beautiful home is located in one of the best parts of Lake LBJ with deep water access so you can enjoy swimming right off the dock! For sports enthusiasts, our private pickle ball/basketball court is ready for friendly matches under the sun! \*The dock’s boat lift has a ‘V’ cradle that can accommodate up to a 25 foot boat (weighing up to 7,000 pounds). It was clean and well stocked. It could use some repairs as cabinet doors in bathroom and kitchen were falling off. The lights were continually flickering in the kitchen and living room making you think there might be some electrical issues. A/C worked really well. The covered porch was nice but had over grown vines hanging every where and coming up through the decking. The dock needs repair. We did bring a boat and did utilize the slip but did not feel like we could utilize the second story because it appeared it was being held together with a tie down strap. The light fixture was also hanging down by its wires. The party barn was very nice and very comfortable but it is further way from the main house than we thought. It’s across the street and across a lot. There was no lighting as you walked from the main house to the barn and it is very dark. Make sure you have flash lights. The pickle ball court was fun to use but the entire lot that the barn and court were on was over grown with piles of debris. They two casitas were nice as well. The entire property, house and barn needed mowed and trimmed. It is up for sale but still needs maintaining. Plenty of room to enjoy meals together and we like the multiple houses. The quieter people can escape when it gets too late or too loud. Lovely deck on the house. All aspects of the living and sleeping quarters were as pictured. We would likely rent the property again. Nice area for kids to play in the yard. Future guests need to be aware that the “party barn” and the basketball/ pickleball court are on a separate property across the street and behind a next door house rather than behind the main house. This location is not apparent in the listing. If future guests want to cook meals the kitchen is well stocked with eating utensils and plates/bowls/ glasses/cups but the cookware and prep utensils could be improved. We had the best weekend at this house. We had 6 adults and 6 kids and able to bring our dogs. The property is in great shape and perfect for relaxing on the lake. The casitas were great to house guests and everyone used the main house for eating and watching football. The neighbors were very nice and helped us find the closest boat ramp. The water is great with buoys protecting the area by the dock so you can float. The kitchen had all the things you need to cook. There is a trundle in the bunk room in the house which was great for our girls to share. There is only one TV in the main living room but with so much to do during the day not a big deal. But kids wanted to chill and watch TV so they did that in the main house. The AC worked soooo great in the house and casitas. Really nice part of the lake and no midges or hairy stuff in the water! Plenty to do for kids and adults alike. Kitchen very nice - well appointed appliances, plenty of dishes, pots/pans, glass ware and utensils. Located on one of the best parts of the lake. Loved the back porch - so relaxing and very comfortable. The top balcony on the dock was great for happy hour. And the half basketball court / pickleball court was ideal to keep teen boys entertained. One of the most well-appointed VRBOs I've stayed in too. Very considerate owners/management company. Great for families. Well stocked kitchen for a family that loves to cook. Open floor plan is awesome. Location was perfect. We book a lake house family vacation every year with our blended family. This home was definitely a gem! Perfect for the teenagers as they had their own space and the adults had our own space. Everyone enjoyed the lake access. We brought some floaties and tied up at end of the dock. Had a blast! Management responded quickly to our issues. Outdoor furniture was well maintained. When visiting a few things to note-bring your own beach towels, water floats, tubes, kitchen spices, oil etc. the only the they had was a coffee sugar and pepper. We also brought our own pans. The separate casitas were perfect for our adult children to enjoy their privacy. Back porch was wonderful! Overall we made the most of our stay, and the location on the water made our trip enjoyable. The host was very attentive with questions and concerns however there a re a few things to note before booking your stay. The kitchen was not well equipped when it comes to cooking utensils to make an entire meal for family. The ADU with the bunk beds smelled moldy and had visible water damage on the boards. The dock was the most disappointing part of the entire stay, it could use a lot of TLC.
