“Overall my room was nice. However at check in I was asked to provide a card for pre-authorisation. I’ve been asked many times before but on this occasion $300 was taken from my account immediately. On checking out I was told this will take between 5-10 days to be returned to me. On a holiday budget this wasn’t ideal. Also breakfast each day was always the same. “a bit expensive for this location and services”

“Overall, the facilities are old and the tidiness are fair. Many tiny insects inside the room. And the hot water system is fair”

“为了第二天早上去卡尔巴里，特意选了相对靠北的酒店。总体感觉还不错，可以自己做饭。但房间并不是正对海。 酒店没什么可挑剔的，价格决定了服务。 前台的美女很热情，表演。”

“The staff are very friendly and helpful, but the cleanliness of the room rugs could be improved”

“Felt like home, made to feel comfortable and welcome above than being just a paying customer”

“Great view of Scarborough beach and decent swimming pool . Service are great ”

“Room was so spacious & comfortable with everything you need. Location was good with walking distance to beach & supermarket. The only complain was no air conditioning in guest rooms & it was very hot while sleeping ”

“Excellent hotel. I will bring my families and accommodate here again. Thank you, Quest Scarborough.”

“房間淋浴供水弱，沒有人執房。晚間只有一間餐廳酒吧開放提供飲食，自助早餐食物款式不多。”

“Good.”

“Overall the room is quiet and clean and bright. It is relatively small but enough for two people to stay. No chair or table is a downside. Due to the design of the shower room, there is leakage of water from the shower room. Free parking close to city area is a plus”

“房间面积大，海滨浴场近，可看印度洋的日落美景。前台服务热情，高效。”

“Lovely and very helpful staff!”

“The bus station going to downtown area is just right next to the hotel”
