We had some hot days but with ceiling fans and good air conditioning we had no problem cooling down once we were inside. The beds, 1 downstairs and 3 upstairs were very comfortable. There was a very large, well maintained yard and many outdoor activities. If you are an outdoorsy person or just need a comfortable place to stay we highly recommend this rental. The information book even says they have a place for your horses.
