We really enjoyed our stay! The staff were super helpful and always quick to respond whenever we needed something. We requested daily room cleaning, and they took care of it without any hesitation. Whenever we asked for extra items like towels or blankets, they provided them right away. Our room was very nice, with a beautiful view, and the overall experience was wonderful. Great stay

We had a great stay here. The location was so good at Haeundae Beach, there was lots to do and see around the area. The check i. was a bit confusing - you have to go level 4 and swap lifts to level 6, but the staff were very friendly so it was no issue. Our taxi driver found the hotel easily. The beds were comfy and the bathroom was very clean. We were also happy that there was a washing machine in our room.

Our first time staying at a Seacloud. Location in Haeundae was fantastic. We got thr Premier Suite. Great space and very comfortable. You could tell the rooms were a bit "tired" over thr years but staff maintains it well. Cleaning daily, fresh towels, and consistent. Good value for travelers. The only awkward part of the facility is that its actually 3 hotels/residence that shares elevators. But once you get the hang of it, not an issue. Glad we stayed at this property.

Good location and save your time.

Good location. Near the beach and the station. High street just round the corner. Very convenient.Highly recommended.

Booked for 4. Big space with good view of the beach from above but that is where it ends. Only provided 2 towels for 4. Confusing 2 elevator check-in process with 2 hotels named “Seacloud” in the same building. Confused the heck out of everyone. Only found 2 hangers. Nothing to hang clothes inside the bathroom. Only washing machine with no dryer in the room. Come of guys this is basic stuff. Building is shared with a bunch of other businesses so not really well maintained. Not sure why it is 3 stars in Expedia, should be only 2.

Pretty good!

The hotel staff were quick and friendly. The view from our hotel was amazing. The overall condition of the room was fine and a couple things were odd, like the position and condition of the outlets. But overall, it was a good stay.
