Esta hermosa casa de 3 dormitorios, situado cerca de la famosa Shawnee Mountain Ski Area y el pintoresco Bushkill Falls, hace que para las vacaciones de la familia perfecta. Los alrededores inmediatos Pocono Mountain ofrecen senderismo, pesca, paseos en bicicleta, paseos a caballo, golf, esquí, camping y otras actividades recreativas. La casa se encuentra dentro de la comunidad de Pocono Mountain Lake Estates (pmle1234\. Net), y los residentes tienen acceso gratuito a servicios locales, que incluyen piscinas cubiertas y al aire libre, canchas de tenis, sala de juegos para niños y una sala de ejercicios. A 5 minutos a pie de la casa, se puede disfrutar de un tranquilo lago con una playa de arena (socorrista en los meses de verano). Al lado del lago es una zona de juegos y de picnic con barbacoas. Este confortable refugio de montaña tiene un gran salón con una chimenea y un centro de entretenimiento con un 52 "LCD TV, DVD, cable vía satélite y equipo de música. Grandes ventanales rodean la habitación, así que usted puede ver el amanecer y el atardecer. Un amplio comedor se sienta cómodamente ocho personas, y la cocina está equipada con electrodomésticos de calidad y utensilios (tostadora, microondas, lavavajillas, vajilla, platos, sartenes, etc.). El primer piso también cuenta con dos dormitorios (uno de matrimonio y un tamaño completo) y un baño. La segunda planta dormitorio principal tiene una cama queen size, walk-in closet, y un "47 TV LCD y reproductor de vídeo. El espacioso baño principal redondea el segundo piso, y tiene una bañera de baño de vapor, sauna, ducha y bañera de hidromasaje que se ajuste a dos muy cómodamente. Toda la casa tiene aire acondicionado central por lo que incluso en los días más calurosos se puede mantener la calma interior. En el sótano hay una lavadora, secadora, mesa de billar y un pequeño gimnasio con 3 máquinas de ejercicio. Ofrezco sábanas recién limpiadas, mantas y toallas. Getting there and check-in was very easy. Location is great - just few minutes away from Bushkill Falls, very quiet. We had deer grazing nearby all the time. They would come as close as 5-10 feet from the house. The manager/owner was super responsive and easy to get hold of. They were very accommodating and helpful. The house is on the older side and needs some repairs but that did not bother us too much. The main areas were were stay (e.g., living room, deck, bedrooms) were very clean but there were a lot of small things that needed repair/paint/touch-up. That was not a big deal for us. Unfortunately we didn't have the best weather, so we could not take advantage of the hiking opportunites. The complex has a nice indoor and outdoor pool. Since we had bad weather we wish we were closer to more indoor activities for our kids (bowling, zoo etc is about 30 mins). Still not a bad drive. That being said my kids loved the pool table in the basement. It was old, as were the exercise machines, but worked for their purpose. We did not use the hot tub or sauna. Stayed at the end of winter and very much enjoyed the hot tub and sauna. Property was as advertised and very clean. All furnishings and fixtures from the 80s. The main problem for me was the cleanliness. It said on the listing that the cabin was professionally cleaned before each guest, and there was a fee for cleaning. When I arrived it was clear that this wasn't the case. The towels,sheets, and floors were clean but nothing else. Inches of dust covered the surfaces, the bathrooms were so gross that I had to scrub both of them before we could use them. I messaged the homeowner right away and he responded quickly and even refunded my cleaning fee. But the worst part was the jacuzzi which I didn't find out until the last day. We had used it every night,and then on the last day we used it in the morning. I had noticed that the seats felt a little slippery, but didn't think anything of it. Once I was in it in the daylight I could see why. Who knows when the last time it was cleaned. It was filthy and full of beach sand from the summer time. Our girls had a great time, but I will definitely not stay again. ##### Stephanie M. Amazing location, woke up to deer in the yard every morning, awesome hot tub, my husband LOVED using the sauna, HUGE jacuzzi tub in the master….. we really did love it all! The place was very nice and relaxing. Got to enjoy the hot tub and relax under the stars. The scenic driving routes are beautiful. Indian musium and Bushkill falls park were awesome. The lake is a 6 minute walk from the house. The house needed a deep clean for sure, wasn't bad on the surface. Mostly clean. There were some damages to house when we got there, but nothing crazy. The house is maintained for the most part. The owner was very polite, was fast to respond and answered all of my questions. Great place to stay! I do recommend! ##### Samantha F.
