Never met a member of staff, including booking office staff which made entering and leaving chalet difficult due to no internet. British phones would not allow calls and had to rely on family members to tether phone to complete necessary forms required by site sent on the day of arrival. Difficult to...

"Outside bathroom was okay but annoying in night, edpecially with inclement weather. Games room closed for just over day. Ants also a problem. Otherwise amenities/csbin suited our needs."

"Poorly maintained. Difficultly with the key box access; unable to shower until the evening of day 2 of our stay - no water pressure/water in shower; dirty kitchen appliances- excess food still remaining on sandwich maker/pans etc; broken broom; had to make up top bunk bed. Very disappointed outside bathroom wasn’t mentioned in advertising of cabin. Cabins generally have bathrooms inside. "

"Best part was the wildlife. Accommodation was tired but adequate with some expected items lacking. Needs a big renovation and revamp. No microwave so had to heat my coffee on stove(brought my own pod machine) Oven machine needed lifting out into the bench to connect to the power. No instructions of how to use it.Needs renovation and modernisation."
