"My room was large and airy, with a high ceiling, and the walls were painted white, fostering a wonderful spacious feeling. The full breakfast included both warm and cold options and a marvelous variety. Staff both for the breakfast and for the hotel in general were extraordinarily helpful, friendly, and supportive. "Very nicely decorated, there's nice art on the walls. The room was quite spacious and also very nicely decorated. There are also balconies where you can have a drink. The bed was quite big, easily fit 2 large persons. The mattress was somewhere on the harder side; for me personally very comfy. There isn't really a breakfast included, but there's free drinks (coffee, tea, water, etc.) and some light food like fruit, cereal, milk, etc., which is nice. I personally enjoyed the coffee. The host left a nice note in the room, which was a nice touch. Also there was a coupon card you can use to get discounts for different activities in the city. Also very nice. Check-in and check-out were really cool; no waiting required. Just type in you code and you're set. I had to leave a little earlier than planned. The stay was very pleasant. Check-out was also very nice; just drop you card in a box and you're set. Definitely recommend. Will certainly come back. "

"Fantastic experience and definitely recommend this quaint hotel. It used to be a mansion to a rich aristocratic family (von Löw), who then became a poor aristocratic family and the building fell into disrepair. Completely renovated by investors 27 years ago, but a lot of the original features remain. Property has easy parking and is located just outside of Butzbach; easily reachable via the A5. Easy access to Frankfurt. We had an amazing, friendly, and very attentive host. Restaurant and bar on the property. The restaurant had a one-page menu, but the meals on it were all excellent. I certainly would stay there again. "

"The owner of hotel is super helpful and his team also looks very happy and pleased to help us.Breakfast selection is ok but not worthy for 20 Euro (if you consider there is no hot dishes , you should request it) . If you have a heavy luggage, you should carry on a few stairs to up after that there is elevator . But it is not accesibble for disabled person . On the contrast, the owner helped me to carry my items to the room so that it wont be a problem to me. It is a very nice boutique hotel , very worth to stay in Bad Nauheim. "
