A child was running around and jumping in the room above us well until midnight and the reception only told us they would “check it out but couldn’t guarantee anything.” Did not stop after speaking with them and kept us up so long I got a migraine. One staff member was very helpful and brought me a bag of ice for it. Room was comfy but had some mold in the bathroom. Not sure if I would stay again.”
