Our house has 4 bedrooms, 10 beds, 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, 2 bathrooms, wi-fi and private parking. It can accommodate up to 12 guests comfortably. You can also enjoy the private pool and grill area. The best part is that our house is only 5 minutes away from Combate Beach by foot. You can walk to the sandy shore and enjoy the ocean breeze anytime you want.

Communication with host met with quick responses. The interior and exterior of the property was clean. The rooms/beds are cozy and comfortable and the a/c was cold. The pool water was crystal clear and was a great ending after spending the day at the beach. This property is just a three block quick walk to Combate beach and just a short drive to a small supermarket and several restaurants. I highly recommend this property and i will consider stating here in the future.

Very nice and cozy place right next to the beach. The pool was a bonus and everyone loved it. Would definitely stay here again.

This was not our first time staying in Combate, and we absolutely love the area. I do feel it’s important to give an honest review of the property, as the home itself was not quite what we expected based on the listing.The house is actually divided into two separate apartments. The first-floor apartment is in noticeably better condition than the second floor. The pool could have been cleaner, and while the bedrooms have A/C, the living room and kitchen areas do not. The first-floor bathroom also had drainage issues, causing water to back up. On the second floor, the apartment door frame was damaged and did not feel properly secured. There was also only one TV remote available for both living room TVs.That being said, the location is excellent and was definitely the highlight of our stay. The beach is less than a five-minute walk away, and having a convenient shop right next to the property along with several local restaurants nearby was great.Overall, our stay was okay. We enjoyed the location and the Combate area as always, but the condition and maintenance of the property kept the experience from being as enjoyable as we had hoped.
