While the home sits directly on Lake Barkley, there's no traditional beach or cleared waterfront area on the property. Guests may be able to wade into the water, though shoreline access is limited and can vary depending on weather conditions and natural debris along the shore.

Located in a peaceful, family- and pet-friendly neighborhood—perfect for a relaxing Lake Barkley getaway. Please be respectful of our neighbors during your stay.



Our Boat Rental Partner:

Boat rentals are available through Enjoy Lake Barkley for $300 per day. Delivery and pickup are available for an additional $50 fee.



Guest access:

• Access codes will be provided for convenient self-check-in

• Single-level home with access to the entire home, driveway, backyard, and private dock with 1 boat slip and lifts

• Please note: The loft sleeping area and steps leading down to the lake are not accessible to guests



IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING:

• Maximum Occupancy: Maximum of 12 guests, including adults, children, and infants. No additional guests are permitted due to fire safety and insurance requirements.

• Age Requirement: All guests must be 21 or older, except children staying with their parents or guardians.

• No Parties: Parties and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited. Noise complaints or law enforcement calls may result in immediate termination of the stay without a refund.

• No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited.

• Pets: Pets allowed with a $200 fee for up to 2 dogs.

• If you are a Nashville local, you must be pre-approved in order to book this house. Please make an inquiry, and we will approve or disapprove at our discretion.

• Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee starting at $60. Please message us in advance to check availability.

• Cancellations & Travel Insurance: We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for protection against unexpected cancellations, weather, natural disasters, power outages, and other unforeseen events. We’re unable to offer refunds or rescheduled stays outside Airbnb’s Extenuating Circumstances Policy.

• Starter Supplies: We provide a starter supply of essential items. Please bring your personal toiletries and plan to purchase additional supplies if needed.

• Trash: As you depart, please ensure all trash is placed in the designated cans and that no trash or food is left outside the home. Kindly set the bins at the curb Sunday evening for Monday morning pickup.
