Clean room, friendly staff, and very accommodating! I needed to extend my stay after a few days, but the hotel was completely sold out. The manager and staff went out of their way to work things out and found me a room. A special thanks to the manager and Mariasa for the amazing help!

Excellent amenities, clean room , despite near airport quiet , we had a very good sleep . Staff very courteous and helpful. Muhammad Tahomy went extra mile to help us . Breakfast fresh and good selection . We decided to stay again on way back home after holidays .

Stay in the guard hotel

Very good space and pool. Some construction work may be needed. Yes there was a wedding on a couple of nights, so it’s not completely quiet in the rooms at that time, but tolerable. Overall good stay for the value One thing that is bothersome; the need for the key card to keep electricity and AC on, so if one person needs to go down or out for something, they cannot come back up in the elevator because of the one card per room rule. Also, makes the room aeration during the day non-existent while the card isn’t in the room.

The food in the restaurant it was very bland. We could not even eat it. They did not offer to replace it so we paid the bill and told them to trash the food. The staff at this hotel was not very friendly at all.

Lack of ability to order a taxi to the airport was shocking. However, an Uber was allowed on site. Crazy. Anyway………I was a little ticked as I had to get to the airport. The place smells like smoke, but so do most places in the Middle East. No alcohol, but puff your brains out I guess.

We booked this hotel over the Concorde because it had a bar and pickle ball courts. I asked for a late checkout, she said $15usd, She charged me $50usd. Maybe i misheard her? The property looks nice but its a lot like North Korea. Looks cool, but try to do something there and it wont work. We booked the hotel wanting to play pickle ball. The gym could not find the rental equipment, they sent us to the trainer who could not locate the guy who knew where it was. What a waste of some decent pickle ball courts. The bar which shows up on every website as the little martini glass is NOT a bar, they serve coffee. They take forEVer to serve coffee. Fine i will taxi to buy beer, NOPE not allowed on the property. Also you cant stay there if unmarried fyi. We considered swimming but some review said girls have to wear a swim cap which seems pretty archaic. We went walking around the area, definitely ultra conservative muslim district. At the night market my daugher was kicked in the leg and then the kid ran off before I could grab him. To top the stay off there was a giant roach alive in the tub. The wifi was in and out but then went completely out after a fire in cairo knocked internet out for the whole city. The Venus restaurant burger was dry but the schwarma was awesome. I tried to order room service but it doesnt work out in English. Im not faulting the hotel for not speaking much English, or for the internet outtage. I wanted pickle ball and a bar!

Hotellet var fint, og jeg vilni grunn anbefale det. Bassenget var bra, litt dumt med 1 times pause med bading fra kl2-3 hver dag mpr dagene er på det varmeste og det ikke er noe å gjøre i området rundt. Rengjøringen av rommet var ok, men merket at det ikke ble godt vasket på gulvet på badet, da ene ungen min hadde neseblod på gulvet, og det ble der nesten i 14 dager. Men det som plaget meg aller aller mest, var at det konstant var festing på kveldene fram til minst kl 01 med veldig høy musikk så det ikke gikk an å sove eller slappe av. Hadde jeg vist dette hadde jeg ikke bestilt rom der for 15 dager. Men 2-3 dager om gangen hadde vært perfekt. De som jobber der er veldig kjekke og hjelpsomme.
