Not a big deal, but definitely well appreciated! The breakfast was excellent, and the fish and tenderloin tacos offered at the rooftop restaurant were absolutely fantastic! "I want to be clear this is by no means of four-star Hotel. It is a two star at best. Between the mold unmaintained fixtures, incredibly uncomfortable beds, the floor falling apart the screaming children everywhere and can’t forget that the air-conditioning was not working only heat frankly I felt bait and switched. Believe I booked an Ocean view through Expedia, but did not receive that however, it could’ve just been implied unable to confirm I would not recommend this hotel. 3/10 would not...

"Nothing is working in room not even AC in this hot wheather have to shift room in midnight no room service no phones working in the room after change room whole eclecticity is not working we went to sauna and nothing working there except pool try to talk with them with manager everytime they sorry please avoid this place"

"Great stay! We wished we stayed longer (only 4 nights) Staff was excellent. We never had a bad meal on the premises. The hotel is beautiful. I walked around town looking at the other hotels along the marina, we definitely picked the right place in TRS, Beach access is great and the sunsets are beautiful. Their rooftop pool/bar is very relaxing. I met a few people who told me they came last year and they had to come back this year. I might be one of those boomerang people!"

"Terrible experience from check-in to check-out. I paid extra for a Junior Suite with Pool View, but was initially given a room overlooking the parking garage with only the tops of pool umbrellas visible. This was not what was advertised. My booking showed 18 photos of the room I paid for, none of which resembled the room we received. When I questioned it, the front desk said, "The pictures are just pictures," and claimed the hotel was fully booked. After I insisted this was false advertising...

"We loved our stay here. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful and helped us get in a last minute uber eats order, procure whatever we needed and get a taxi. The room was gorgeous with lots of mirrors and space to get ready! while the location was far from the clubs, it was super scenic and we had beautiful sunset views right outside the hotel. Would recommend for sure!"
