The welcome from the staff was super. Friendly and informative. The pictures of the villa do not do it justice. Everything had been thought of- kitchen was well quit for Brits with a kettle and a n’espresso machine. The pool was perfect and cleaned daily with separate towels provided. You can order breakfast direct to the villas as well as cocktails! There is a small supermarket across the road. "I want to be clear this is by no means of four-star Hotel. It is a two star at best. Between the mold unmaintained fixtures, incredibly uncomfortable beds, the floor falling apart the screaming children everywhere and can’t forget that the air-conditioning was not working only heat frankly I felt bait and switched. Believe I booked an Ocean view through Expedia, but did not receive that however, it could’ve just been implied unable to confirm I would not recommend this hotel. 3/10 would not...

"The hotel is simply ok. Typical all inclusive place with watered down drinks and gross small portioned food. I mostly have a problem with their lack of accommodation and hospitality. I had an emergency that made it so I checked in 2 days late to my week stay, I did not ask for a refund for the days missed or for my missed taxi I simply asked them to send me another taxi for free to which they refused. "Terrible experience from check-in to check-out. I paid extra for a Junior Suite with Pool View, but was initially given a room overlooking the parking garage with only the tops of pool umbrellas visible. This was not what was advertised. My booking showed 18 photos of the room I paid for, none of which resembled the room we received. When I questioned it, the front desk said, "The pictures are just pictures," and claimed the hotel was fully booked. After I insisted this was false advertising...

"We loved our stay here. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful and helped us get in a last minute uber eats order, procure whatever we needed and get a taxi. The room was gorgeous with lots of mirrors and space to get ready! while the location was far from the clubs, it was super scenic and we had beautiful sunset views right outside the hotel. Would recommend for sure!"
