“Reception staffs are nice and friendly. Room are clean. Just it's located on high street and opposite of pubs which our room environment is noisy and our rest was disturbed. Also, parking space s limited and has to be pre-booked but it didnt mention during booking through hotel.com ”

“Hotel warm well lit and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Been staying here many years with my pooches. Menu changes regularly and plenty of choice. Good breakfast too Very pleasant stay. Merci bien team ibis a Calais”

“This is a great hotel, and the perfect jumping off point for people using the Eurotunnel. Lovely clean room, breakfast caters for all sorts and starts really early. Can eat evening meal in the restaurant too, but we didn't this time. Staff are friendly and polite. Will earmark this one for next year!”

“Keep your curtain close or otherwise there will be tonnes of flies. The environment was neat and tidy and it was very near to a supermarket. However, the television indication light was EXTREMELY disturbing. It was bright and blue and shined through the night when all light was off. Have to cover it with a towel.”
