"The Mountain view rooms could use updating to the level of the Lake view rooms. The rooms themselves are dated and lack the resort feel on the Lake view rooms. But over all, this is a beautiful spot to be. Night time just look purely romantic along with Sky Ranch being right next door, makes it even better. "

Staff remembered my preferences, noticed when I hadn’t eaten, checked on my well-being, and even helped me when I felt unwell. The breakfast and dinner teams worked seamlessly during busy periods, always with professionalism and kindness. Housekeeping added thoughtful touches that made my room feel like home. Even when small issues arose, management resolved them promptly and with care, turning potential frustrations into positive experiences. Staying for more than 45 days could have been challenging, but the warmth, consistency, and dedication of the entire team made me feel safe, welcomed, and genuinely cared for.
