“Nice property. Close to metro stop.Easy access to centre in 10 mins.
At busy periods the 2 lifts were slow.
Breakfast was the same everyday. On some days of our week's stay, replenishment of the food was slow and the coffee machines ran out regularly and staff were slow to fix.”

“We did not stay at Lenscape coterie as it was undergoing renovations and therefore not open. We were relocated to another hotel in the group Torel Saboaria where we had a wonderful room. The breakfast was superb we had lunch and dinner which were equally as good as breakfast. We cannot thank all the staff enough as everyone was so kind, helpful and attentive even to the point of providing gluten free pancakes at breakfast.”
