“The location is a bit away from the town center, but the two level outdoor onsen is amazing. We experienced an issue about the air-conditioners; luckily, with the help of Takeshima san who is proactive and understanding, it’s solved.”

This place is so ran down, it smells bad, we were afraid going up the stairs to our room, we thought we were going to go through them they were in such bad condition and I found bugs in my bed (which I believe were bed bugs) I'm traumatized! And when I told the lady she was so rude about it. This place definitely needs an inspection. I will never stay there again.”

“I give this place five stars bearing in mind that it is a budget motel. the manager was exceptional in accommodating needs and just generally being a positive face for the establishment. Be aware that the shower, while having the best water pressure level l have ever experienced, can fluctuate temperature a bit.”
