“The location is a bit away from the town center, but the two level outdoor onsen is amazing. We experienced an issue about the air-conditioners; luckily, with the help of Takeshima san who is proactive and understanding, it’s solved.”

“Our room was very clean. Having a coffee pot and coffee in the room would have be good but everything was great.”

“Surprised by a $25 early check in fee. Never have I paid to check in early... it is a courtesy offered by all other hotels i have booked. I explained the reason I needed early check in, and we were allowed in after 2pm without charge. I messaged the Hotel through Expedia, days ahead...no response. I called the Hotel the day before check in. I was asked to call again the day of check in. Very frustrating, Driving 21/2 hrs to get ready to attend a wedding in less than 20 mins was NOT an……

“I have stayed here for many years when passing through town. Nice, clean, safe and reasonably priced. Usually, the breakfast is a little light, but I expect this when coming through and there are many other places to grab a larger breakfast and they offer a discount at a nearby restaurant. For my needs this works perfectly.”
