“Room was clean and everything worked. Lacked some basic things like coffee, iron, hair dryer. Usually had to wait for someone to appear at front desk. Attendants at desk were behind a glass barrier, which made communication difficult. At night you could only stand on the side walk and talk through a glass barrier.”

“I booked this room for my daughter. When she arrived, it was late, after a long and already frustrating day. When she pulled back the covers on her bed she found hair all in the bed. She stated there were also bugs in the room. When she tried to address with the staff, she was told repeatedly, through the interpretations of the staff member's children, that they had cleaned the room. No new bedding, apologies, or refund was offered. She slept on top of the comforter and had nightmares. We travel……
