“Beautiful location. Unique main lodge. Had a very nice breakfast set up, but a man in pajamas was in the kitchen, who worked there?? The room had spiders, website, dirt so bad in windows, floors. Just needed a very good cleaning.”

“This location fit well with our plans. When we arrived an envelope with a key to our room was taped to the office door. Our room was clean and well furnished and it was obvious that the owner cares about the property. The A/C worked well, which was good as it was 92F that afternoon. The WiFi was great too. My only gripe was a non-functioning ice machine. Don't look for food after 6PM on a weekday in September. The only option we found was a "saloon" in Kernville and we left after 15 minutes of……

“The place was cute. The beds very comfortable. The place smelled of cigarette smoke so badly that we left and didn't stay the second night. If you can take cigarette smoke, the place is ok. My husband's cpap machine has to be cleaned.”
