"Fantastic hotel and worth more than 3 stars! Quiet hotel, hidden away but 5 minute walk to beach, restaurants and little supermarkets.
Rooms are clean and have everything you need. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Small pool but never busy and always a sunbed available

"Okay so the resort itself wasn't bad. The only trouble I had was the payment dispute. Expedia had sold me a different amount to what I had to pay at the property. If you choose this hotel avoid the pay at property option !"
"This is nowhere near a 5* establishment: Inexistant parking nor valet, closure of the pool for an event, moldy smell within the room for which the reason was “it rained this week it’s normal”, no refill of water by housekeeping it’s a do it yourself. When calling reception to obtain a bottle opener the response was also you have to come pick it up yourself and more. "
"Overall condition was good and spent a good time here. Unfortunately walls were quite thin, also nearby bars noise coming up till at least midnight - might need earplugs... Could use a bit better equipment in the kitchen. "

"Beautiful area. Great water access. Quiet and relaxing. Excellent staff and very friendly. Lovely and clean resort. We had breakfast option and it was excellent! Bedroom just a tiny bit small. Would prefer to have water available in room than always going to fill up pitcher. Loved the view!!!"
"We loved our stay at Ona Palmira Paguera! The staff were wonderful - friendly and helpful. Flavia suggested some great restaurants for us to go to. The hotel is beautiful with 2 pools and lots of amenities. The breakfast in the morning was very well stocked and staffed. The food was delicious. Our room was a bit dated, I think we may have been in an older building, but it was still nice. The A/C wasn't working great, but we managed. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby within walking distance. It was a wonderful place to stay for our quick holiday and we will be back again someday! "

"My husband and I booked this hotel for a 4 night stay and it was absolutely perfect! We don't like staying in huge, noisy, soulless places, and this place ticked all the boxes. Our room was beautifully clean, a good size and well presented. The breakfast was superb and it was a lovely touch to be able to have access to free chilled filtered water and coffee and tea 24hrs a day. The pool area isn't huge but it's excellent - always sun loungers available, clean, with shower and toilets, and in the sun all day. We didn't use the bar but it looks lovely too and has a large pool table. The hotel is situated on a quiet back road, tucked away and surrounded by a beautiful garden, yet a mere 5 minute walk from the beach and a huge selection of wonderful restaurants and shops. Best of all we're the staff who were so helpful and smiley. We're definitely going to return here - great value and so peaceful. Thank you to all the staff for a wonderful stay!"
