A lovely covered terrace with garden furniture invites you to linger one. The barbecue is at guests' disposal. The property is fenced and the car can be parked there. Der Garten mit den Zitrus- und Olivenbäumen traumhaft und im Sommer sind die Temperaturen hier oben in Pieve sicher erträglicher. Mit dem check in lief alles bestens. Komisch fand ich, dass Stefano 150 Euro Kaution einbehalten hat und im Vertrag auf einmal stand, dass pro Person und Woche 15 Euro für Heizkosten anfallen. Das war so auf dem Portal nicht ersichtlich. Die Gasheizung funktionierte nicht und so nahmen wir den Elektroheizkörper in Betrieb, weil es auch richtig dolle kalt war am Abend. Haus hat zudem enge Toreinfahrt und steile Zufahrt, in der man dann oben wenden muss, für uns war das ein echtes Hemmnis, einfach mal loszuziehen. Zu unserem Reisezeitpunkt Anfang Oktober 2022 kamen ganztägig viele Stechmücken vor, was die Nutzung der schönen Außenanlagen deutlich eingeschränkt hat. La casa nell'uliveto è l'ideale per un soggiorno all'insegna del relax: molto bella e spaziosa, curata con gusto negli interni come nel vasto e piacevolissimo spazio esterno, pulitissima, con dotazione sopra la media per biancheria e cucina (salvo la mancanza di un microonde.. che fa sempre comodo). Ottimo anche il rapporto qualità-prezzo, in senso assoluto e rispetto alla zona. Host cortese e puntuale, disponibile e non invadente. Location perfetta per chi cerca tranquillità e non ha problemi a muoversi in auto su strette stradine di collina. La pace e la frescura dei boschi, ma con spiagge fantastiche raggiungibili in mezz'ora scarsa. In einem kleinen Olivenhain oberhalb vom Ortsteil Pieve gelegen, befindet sich dieses wirklich schöne Häuschen. Es verfügt über zwei schöne Schlafzimmer, ein modernes Bad und eine große Wohnküche mit offenem Kamin im Untergeschoß. Eine überdachte Veranda und eine Garage sind auch zu nutzen. Nach Pieve fährt man ca 3 Minuten, dort gibt es zwei Alimentari und zwei Trattorien. Wir haben die im Ortskern ausprobiert und waren begeistert - super Essen zu absolut fairen Preisen ( Wildschwein, Kaninchen, Steinpilze, T-Bone Steaks etc). Nach Camaiore benötigt man etwa 5 Minuten, zum Meer 15 bis 20 Minuten. Dort erwarten einen mit die schönsten Strände, die man in Europa vorfinden kann. Wir waren mit zwei kleinen Kindern und einem Hund unterwegs und hatte sehr viel Spass an diesem wunderschönen Land im Oktober 2019\. Die Auffahrt zum Haus ist sehr, sehr, sehr steil und mit einem großen voll beladenen Fahrzeug nicht unmöglich aber schwer zu bewältigen. Morgens weckt einen der Hahn (er übt noch) des Nachbarn, ab und zu blökt ein Schaf und ansonsten kann man die himmlische Ruhe genießen. Im Haus war es sauber und alles war da. Es war sehr ruhig und wir konnten so gut schlafen wie lange nicht. Auf dem großen Grundstück stehen Olivenbäume unter denen man die Seele baumeln lassen kann. Auch unser Hund war glücklich und flitzte am liebsten zwischen den Olivenbäumen hin und her. Herr Pellegrini hat uns gut betreut. Bei unseren kleinen Problemen war er sofort zur Stelle. Er spricht leider nicht deutsch (und wir kein italienisch ), aber wir konnten uns trotzdem gut verständigen ! Herr Pellegrini ist ist intelligent und obendrein eine Seele von Mensch. Erkundet man mit dem Auto die Umgebung hat man eine steile und enge Zufahrtsstraße zu meistern. Man kann schlecht die Kurven einsehen und muss sehr konzentriert fahren. Aber runter kommt man immer ! Dieses Jahr war das Wetter im Mai leider sehr schlecht , so daß wir ein paar Tage eher abgereist sind. Alles zusammengenommen können wir das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. E 'stato molto tranquillo e siamo riusciti a dormire bene come non abbiamo. Sulla grande proprietà sono alberi di ulivo sotto i quali è possibile rilassarsi. Anche il nostro cane era felice e preferiva correre avanti e indietro tra gli ulivi. Il signor Pellegrini si è preso cura di noi. Con i nostri piccoli problemi, è stato immediatamente sul posto. Sfortunatamente non parla tedesco (e non parliamo italiano), ma siamo riusciti a comunicare bene! Il signor Pellegrini è intelligente e per di più un'anima di uomo. Se si esplora l'area in auto si deve padroneggiare una strada di accesso ripida e stretta. Riesci a malapena a vedere le curve e guidare molto concentrato. Ma tu vieni sempre giù! Sfortunatamente, il tempo di maggio è stato pessimo quest'anno, quindi siamo partiti qualche giorno prima. Tutto sommato, possiamo raccomandare la casa in ogni caso. Wir haben dem Aufenthalt in dem Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Wir waren zwei Wochen im Juli da. Das Haus ist sehr schön und es war alles wie in der Beschreibung angegeben, vielleicht sogar an manchen Stellen noch etwas schöner als auf den Fotos zu sehen ist, besonders schön ist das sehr hochwertig ausgestattete Badezimmer. Das einzigste was uns in manchen Nächten gefehlt hat war die Klimaanlage. Die oberen Schlafzimmer heizen sich doch etwas auf und wenn man abends spät nach Hause kommt, bringt das Lüften der oberen Etage nur bedingt Abhilfe, also wäre unsere Empfehlung noch eine Klimaanlage nachzurüsten. Das ist aber eigentlich auch das einzigste was wir verbessern würden. Zu der steilen Anfahrt: die Auffahrt bis zum Grundstück ist eigentlich nicht so das Problem, wenn man sich etwas anpasst und auf die Hupzeichen der entgegenkommenden hört, mussten wir auf der engen Straße nur einmal etwas zurücksetzen. Etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig sind eigentlich nur die letzten 100 m im Grundstück. Da geht es doch ganz schön steil zu, (da muss ich meinen Vorrednern recht geben) , ein tiefergelegtes Fahrzeug mit einer verschlissenen Kupplung kommt dort nicht raus. Ich habe immer am Einfahrtstor alle aussteigen lassen und bin dann alleine hochgefahren. (gefühlt 45 Grad) ist man dann aber oben steht ein schöner Parkplatz zur Verfügung. Es besteht aber auch die Möglichkeit unten am Grundstück zuparken und die 100 Meter hoch zu laufen. Mann ist am Häuschen ganz allein ohne Nachbarn. Bis zum Meer sind es ungefähr 35 Minuten mit dem Auto. Fast die ganze Küste ist jedoch bezahl Strand. Wir waren fast immer am Naturstrand. Parken bei der Villa Borbone, und dann 20 minuten durch den Wald laufen, dann kommt man an einen kostenfreien schönen Naturstrand, der eigentlich auch nicht überfüllt ist. Nach Pisa fährt man eine dreiviertel Stunde, nach Luca ca 35 Minuten. Hinterm Haus geht ein herrlicher Wanderweg, der mit Kindern und ohne große Anstrengung in beide richtungen zu bewandert ist. Auch ein Besuch im stillgelegten Steinbruch HENRAUX ist unbedingt zu empfehlen (kostenfrei). Wir können das Haus unbedingt Weiterempfehlung. Der Mann, der das Haus erklärt, bzw die Abnahme durchführt, spricht kein Deutsch und fast kein Englisch aber dank Smartphone und google übersetzer kann man sich heutzutage doch ganz gut verständigen. Gemütlicher Aussenbereich Das Haus liegt in den Bergen von Pieve und bietet teilweise sogar Meerblick, wenn das Wetter es zu lässt. Eine Heizmöglichkeit gibt es außer dem offenen Kamin nicht. Deutsches Fernsehen steht außer dem ZDF nicht zur Verfügung. Das braucht man bei diesem Ambiente aber auch nicht. Es gibt allerdings kein Wohnzimmer. Bei schlechtem Wetter ist der Küchen-Wohnbereich doch sehr dunkel. Wenn man nicht draußen sitzen kann, ist das ein kleiner Wermutstropfen. Wir haben darum gerne in der "Abstellkammer-Garage" gesessen :-) Insgesamt strahlt das Haus mit seiner Olivenplantage aber eine sehr schöne Atmosphäre aus. Das Ferienhaus ist genauso wie es die Fotos vermuten lassen. Das Haus war, als wir ankamen, sauber und gepflegt. Handtücher und Bettwäsche standen gegen Gebühr zu Verfügung. Zudem gibt es noch eine Waschmaschine, die nicht angegeben wird. Küche ist vollständig ( Töpfe, Pfannen, Geschirr, Reiben etc. etc. ). Der Kühlschrank hat eine angenehme Größe und es gibt ein Eisfach. Die überdachte Terrasse hat uns bei der toskanischen Hitze das Leben gerettet, so dass wir uns überwiegend draußen aufhalten konnten. Das nächste Restaurant undein kleiner Einkaufsladen sind mit dem Auto ca. 10 Min entfernt. Zu Fuß benötigt man ca. 40 Minuten. Das Haus liegt schön in mitten der Natur umgeben von Olivenhainen und Wäldern hoch am Berg. Das bedeutet leider auch, dass die Anfahrt ( Berg hoch) mehr als abenteuerlich ist. Ein modernes Auto mit guten Bremsen und Kupplung sollte schon sein. Die Straßen sind eng. Daher wird es auch gerne bei einem großen, breiten Auto etwas kniffelig. Auf jedenfall nicht mit einem tiefgelegten Auto hinfahren!!!! Die Anbindung an die Autobahn ist gut, so dass man die Städte ( Lucca, Pisa, Florenz etc.) problemlos erreichen kann. Der Vermieter war sehr nett, telefonisch bei Problemen jederzeit erreichbar und flexibel, was An-und Abfahrt anging ( wir hatten Stau und kamen sehr sehr sehr spät an und wollten am Abfahrtstag schon ganz früh morgens weg). Das Haus hat 5 Sterne verdient, weil alles da war. 1 Stern Abzug, weil wir durch die Bergstrasse leider ordentlich gestresst waren. ##### Michalina K.
