Our townhouse is 10 10-minute drive from the town centre, 5 mins drive from the biomedical campus, Papworth and Addenbrokes hospitals and 3 3-minute drive from Park and Ride, Waitrose & Grantchester. Ideal for families & professionals, the house benefits from tastefully designed interiors, bright rooms, big windows, garden and an allocated onsite free parking. Arranged on 2 floors with 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms, 1 WC, back garden, fully equipped kitchen and fully furnished lounge with TV and brand new furniture. On the ground floor, the kitchen diner is fitted with appliances including a gas hob with electric oven, integrated dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave & oven. There is a cutlery, basic pans, wine & water glasses required for your visit. The glass top dining table with 6 chairs is kept on the other side of the kitchen - diner. The lounge has a sofa beds, coffee table and TV. There is also a lounge glass door which open into a private garden where you can enjoy your morning coffee or a drink in the evening! There is a WC as well as a storage cupboard. There is high speed WIFI available throughout the house. On the first floor, there is a master bedroom with king size bed, a massive floor-ceiling glass sliding wardrobe and one bedside table with a small table lamp. There is also an ensuite attached to the master bedroom. There is a second double bedroom with two single beds, 2 bedside tables with 2 small table lamps as well as a massive floor-ceiling glass sliding wardrobe. There is also a family bathroom with a bath, shower and a toilet.
