There was no type of breakfast as stated including no coffee. Pillows were completely flat with hardly any stuffing. Asked for 3 more and kindly brought 3 decent ones. Room had carpet and not laminate flooring as stated. AC was not needed it was a cooler day. Shower was decent but only half dollar size soap discs .

Place was okay, but in a tough location

Shower in cottage is quite small. My husband, who is small, felt cramped. Cabin itself is also very small. Sunset over the lake was probably the best we’ve ever seen.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! I was surprised that an elevator was available to carry luggage to the 2nd floor. Although my party want described as handicapped, we are all senior citizens and found it rather inconvenient. However, I must admit they offered assistance with the bags. Also, the breakfast food was good but the space was the smallest I have ever seen and people were tripping over each other to get at food items.

Everything wonderful...except....when I checked into my 1st floor room, I found that the window was unlocked and that the window locks did not work in room 129. This necessitated having to change rooms. Desk clerk was helpful but this shouldnt have happened...
