"Took a daytrip from NY, chose for price, location, and cleanliness. Ideal in its budget range for those who mainly need a nice clean room, bed, and hot shower after walking around. We walked from the 30th St station. Walkable (if you're used to walking) to all major tourist sites, public transportation, shopping. Lot's of food/drink options, pharmacies, etc within a few blocks of the hotel. Gym and ice machine in the basement, restaurant on the ground and penthouse. Nice sunlight and view from our window. Didn't seem as crowded outside the hotel compared to other options when we walked around the city."

"We called down and asked for a change of towels on the 2nd day and hours later had to go down to the front desk and get them ourselves. My adult daughter went down to the front desk on another occasion to get a Band-Aide for a blister on my foot and the 2 people working the desk were quite rude to her."
