“The kitchen only had five spoons. In fact, the kitchen was so ill equipped. We thought maybe this home was only rented out to people who will eat out all the time. This family cooks so that was a little bit of a challenge. Also, the step on the outside of the deck was too wobbly rocks. My husband is 80 I’m almost 80 and it wasn’t exactly a safe situation to be stepping up on a rock and then onto the deck to get into the front door. “Walked into a stifling environment temperature wise. Alerted management team at 4:26 p.m. and when we returned at about 10:00 p.m., the attached picture is what the thermostat showed. It was about 4:00 a.m. before the condo cooled down to low 70’s and where we were able to get a couple hours of sleep. So two night stay and the first one was basically a wash. I was also quite concerned that two of the windows were unlocked upon our arriving into the unit.”

“The experience was wonderful! It had a home away from home feeling. Very welcoming and cozy. The decor is right out of a catalog. Never spoke to the hosts in person but they made themselves available to us, if there was anything we needed through texts and emails. Had a great time and will do it again! “We stayed for five days. The house was immaculate. The host had all brand name top of the line products. Including an abundant supply of K cups, for coffee, tea, brand name laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent, soaps, and shampoo. Host had plenty of towels and washcloths. The sheets on the beds were all of high-quality. It was a very convenient location on a quiet street. We would definitely stay there again.”

“The property itself was good. Had some issues with the sinks not draining, to which the property manager was responsive. There were a few areas that weren’t adequately cleaned, such as the oven and the shower. The main issue we had with the property was that it is located along a busy bar street and the windows/walls are paper thin. Expect to get very poor sleep. "We stayed for two nights from September 23 to September 25\. It was raining and very cold during those days. When we arrived at the hotel, we found that there was no hot water in the bathroom. We reported the issue on the first day, but no one responded, so we had to take cold showers. As a result, both of us caught a bad cold and completely lost our voices. On the second day, we tried turning the water to the hottest setting and letting it run for 10 minutes, but only got some lukewarm water. In such cold weather, it was still very uncomfortable to bathe. When we checked out, I reported the problem again, but the front desk staff didn’t give me any response. This was truly terrible, I couldn’t even speak for those days because I lost my voice! This was supposed to be a trip we had been looking forward to, and I was also excited to stay at this hotel. But in the end, our trip to Cincinnati was completely ruined by the cold and the illness."
