Room was ok but bathroom was a bit on the hairy side. Some of our friends that had rooms there also had dirty bathrooms. Our TV didn’t have a signal but it was later at night when we discovered this so didn’t call for repairs. Staff was very nice.

Overall great

We stayed at this Hampton as a half way stop on a trip to western NY. Great location, quiet, clean, and excellent service. Area around hotel is all fairly new. Several restaurants and shops all around.

Our stay, the property and staff were great. Our only concern… When we checked in, we found that we had 2 rather than 1 room reserved?? Not sure who made the error (Hampton Inn or Expedia) but it was a concern and minor hassle upon arrival.

All of the staff was helpful and polite. The breakfast offered a variety of choices and the area was kept well stocked and cleaned. We had a light bulb that was out so I called down to the front desk. They came up and replaced it within 5 minutes. I would highly recommend this hotel. There were several choices of restaurants within walking distance, as well as stores to browse in and pick up any forgotten items.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hampton Inn . The Hampton sits in the middle of everything. Our room was spacious, clean, and equipped . The staff were great, they were pleasant and helpful. The elevators did not work on the day of discharge and that is the only complaint. I would definitely stay here again.
