Horrible hotel. I have never stayed in a hostel but suspect it would be a step up from this place. At least they cleaned up the cockroaches we killed in our room.

The pictures and description on the site are misleading and should probably be updated. There is no breakfast being served. And the bedding is not at all as shown in the pictures. It’s very old and worn as well as the towels. Understandably, the building is very old but the linens don’t have to be. Especially since the bedding in the photos looks very inviting. The staff could have been a little more friendly and helpful. The kitchen area was not very clean. But we did appreciate them letting us leave our luggage until the room was ready.

El hotel bonito y centrico , personal amable, solo falto frigorífico en la habitación seria un plus extraordinario. Agradezco que nos permitieran estar en la alberca hasta las 9:30 pm . Sin dudarlo regresare al hotel .

Lo único que me gustó fue la ubicación. Las fotos de Expedia no corresponden con la realidad. En las fotos se ve bonito, pero lo cierto es que está descuidado, viejo, sucio, no se sabe si las sábanas están limpias, todos los enseres son los más corrientes del mercado (papel sanitario, jabón, toallas, cortina de baño, cobijas, etc), hay humedad, huele feo, el internet es malísimo, los trabajadores están perdidos y no toman la iniciativa. Cuando les pregunté por la diferencia entre las fotos y la realidad dijeron que eran fotos muy viejas (aceptando implícitamente el engaño a los clientes). En síntesis, no se hospeden aquí porque, además, por el mismo precio hay opciones mucho mejores. El precio que le correspondería a sus instalaciones y servicio no sería superior a los 400 pesos.

El hotel está es una excelente ubicación solonque está sucio había muchos bichos y el personal no es nada amable me cobraron más de la reservación y no tiene ninguna amenidad la alberca es como una tina de baño y en lobo está socio es como una cocina de casa antigua no lo recomendaría para nada

Un hotel muy descuidado con mala apariencia en su interior. El cuarto sin ventanas y muy básico, solo cama burós y una pantalla pequeña y muy alta. En el baño solo jabón y shampoo. No secadora, el clóset era muy pequeño, no se podía meter ni una maleta. Muy desepcionante. La ropa de cama de muy baja calidad. Cuando reserve vi una tarifa promocional, la regular estaba en rango aceptable. Me decidí por este hotel por la promoción.

Pueden mejorar

Me tocó la habitación 11B y había detalles en el baño que pueden mejorar por mucho y los controles presentaban fallas me hicieron el favor de cambiar las baterías en general el lugar está muy bien tienen detalles por mejorar, la habitación 5 está excelente
