Acho que o único ponto seria o café da manhã que deixou a desejar. Não tinha potes e talheres suficientes na hora, então tivemos que pedir para trazerem mais. Também tinha algumas mosquinhas pequenas rodeando os bolos, o que gerou certo incômodo quando fomos pegar.

O check in foi terrível porque fizemos reserva para uma família de 1 casal e 2 filhas adolescentes, com 2 quartos no hotel. Chegamos por volta das 23 horas, já cansados, e o atendente Guilherme, que não estava com boa vontade, errou a marcação dos quartos 3 vezes, o que nos fez subir e descer para reclamar dos quartos repetidamente. Em 1 dos episódios, ele nos enviou a um quarto habitado, causando espanto no hóspede (que estava dormindo) e em mim (com o susto). O atendente não sabia que os quartos pares e ímpares se situavam em corredores opostos no edifício, em cada andar, dificultando o trabalho de check in. Ficamos com uma péssima impressão do hotel.

Gostei muito da estadia, o café da manhã foi bem completo e gostoso também. Chuveiro muito bom e quente! A única coisa que não gostei é que o colchão era muito mole pro meu gosto e acordei com dores nas costas. Processo de check in e check out bem fluido e sem intercorrências. Recomendo para estadias curtas.
