O quarto em que ficamos era grande, cama boa com cobertores suficientes (estava frio). O chuveiro é quente e sai bastante água. Tinha roupas de banho. No box precisa de um suporte para shampoo, sabonete, bucha, etc. Como não tem temos que colocar no chão. O que está em vidro tudo bem, mas sabonete e bucha de banho fica complicado por no chão. O lugar é bem silencioso, mas no quarto podemos ouvir o barulho do quarto vizinho (TVs, conversas, etc.), mas se incomodar a equipe da hospedagem intervém.

Hotel deteriorado e sem cuidado

Hotel deteriorado, piscina sem cloro, café da manhã é servido suco Tang e é bem básico. Não vale o preço da diária. Foi informado no Hotéis.com que seria em Serra Negra, mas é em Socorro. Não informam a Km de Serra Negra. Péssima experiência. Não recomendo .
