We had such a wonderful time at this B&B. It wad in a unique spot and the views were amazing! The owners were lovely and were very responsive to any needs we had. We had our own private patio and a fresh made breakfast set up and served every morning. It was close to many stores, restaurants and beaches. I would recommend it for anyone visiting this beautiful area in France.

Fanny is an incredible host! The property is so lovely and we enjoyed eating fresh strawberries from her rooftop garden. The breakfast was incredible with homemade breads and jams. Would definitely come back!

The villa with the Carl family is a wonderful B&B - very special - and the entire residence is such a lovely place for a stay in Cannes. Fanny has such an eye for details, gives great advice for trips in the region and is such a positive host. We will definitely come back.

Such lovely people run this b&b! Very authentic, lovely breakfast on a charming terrace, very comfortable bed. Air conditioning was welcome as it was very hot when we were there. Downhill walk into Cannes about 10 mins. Uphill back a little more punishing to walk in the heat, but I did notice a bus stop nearby. Casual, welcoming atmosphere. We would definitely return.

My husband, daughter, and I really enjoyed our stay with Fanny and Max. The apartment was exactly as described, very clean on arrival, and comfortable throughout. After long days out, it was genuinely nice to come back to a calm and well-prepared space. Communication with Fanny was clear, kind, and professional. She welcomed us in the morning with a beautiful smile on her face and delicious breakfast. In addition to that, they have two beautiful dogs which really complemented our stay. Fanny and Max thank you again for an amazing experience. We are definitely coming back. Best, Anna, Greg, and Julia

Cute little B&B which lets you forget you are in Cannes, but very close to the old city center. The beds were really comfy and the room had a nice temperature due to the air conditioning unit. The host was really friendly and caring. Villa du roc fleuri is really run by heart! Thank you for our nice stay even it was only for one night!

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal im Kurzurlaub in der wunderbaren Unterkunft von Fanny und Ihrer Familie. Das Haus ist so liebevoll eingerichtet - sie hat ein tolles Auge für Details, ist immer ansprechbar für Tipps und Ausflüge in der Region. Das Frühstück ist sehr liebevoll und gut - es hat einfach alles Atmosphäre, wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder - erneut herzlichen Dank für eine tolle Zeit!

Die Gastgeberin ist unglaublich nett. Zudem sind die Hunde wahnsinnig süß. Das Frühstück war auch sehr lecker. Ansonsten ist es eher ein bisschen gewöhnungsbedürftig, etwas anders wie in normalen Hotels. Aber man hat sich gefühlt wie bei einer französischen Familie, was wiederum in einem Hotel nicht möglich wäre.

Even better than the first time we went!

We were very happy to be back 3 years later our first stay at Roc Fleuri - I usually love to change hotels every time, but we kept good memories of the young owner, Fanny, and her cozy, welcoming hotel. The breakfast was so good, with eggs and cheese (I think that was not there last time) on top of delicious pastries and homemade jams and yogurt. Our room had a balcony and Fanny, albeit her pregnancy was very attentive and as friendly as we remembered her. It's a bit farther the center (12 minutes walk to the port; 15 to the first beaches) but we actually liked that - Cannes is a busy city and the Roc Fleuri is a lovely and quiet oasis! We would certainly come back again.

Lugar perfecto para descansar, tranquilo y los dueños súper atentos, todo muy bien cuidado y muy familiar. Aparcas en la calle pero hay sitio de sobra cerca.
