“also Wer nicht auf Luxus steht findet hier ein kleines nettes Objekt. ich habe mit meinem Ford Mondeo 20 Minuten gebraucht um in die Straße zu kommen ( Breite )… Im Bad geht die Türe nicht ganz auf und es hängt eine Klimaanlage an der Wand die wir nicht zum laufen bekommen haben. DAn sich wer was günstiges zum Pbernachten sucht und n kleines Auto hat kann hier einen Schnapper machen!”

“Very happy with Icon. Entrance and access were convenient and easy, location very good, with bus stops within a 2-3 minute walk, the Lido/Cassarate area only 12-15 minute walk, and downtown only a 20-minute or so walk. The building was modern, and accommodation was very nice. Murphy bed very comfy, good kitchen and a very good bathroom with a rain showerhead. Nothing but nice things to say...we really loved it! ”

“Rented this spot in Ticino and it worked out perfectly. Walking distance to a bakery/coffee shop. Had a great meal at Ristorante Sport. Migros grocery store is right down the street. Small village of 1500 people. Close drive to Lugano and only an hour drive to Malpensa airport. The views of the lake are fantastic.”

“Great host and neighbors! Cozy home with many things for the baby and kids. Very convenient location! We came in late fall when the weather wasn’t as predictable but we were able to see gorgeous views - both of the Lake and Mountains. We loved Zermatt, Stresa, Our Lady of the Rock in Locarno, and a boat ride to the Borromeo Islands. Parking in the garage was quite difficult for us Americans but there is street parking available. ”

“This was one of the best rentals I have ever stayed in in my life- and I have travelled a lot! “Perfect space for myself for a quick conference. Great air conditioning, blackout blinds, and SO clean. Cute balcony for some fresh air. There weren’t too many restaurants in short walking distance, so I recommend hitting the grocery store (huge and super close by). Would have loved extra towels, and the door lock/key was giving me some trouble, but overall would definitely recommend.”
