Cannon Falls Vacations from $298

Breakfast options were good. The room was pretty clean. Pool did not appear clean at all. Staff was pleasant but nowhere to be found for checkout, had to wait quite a while. Walls/floors are THIN, we apparently had a large group of elephants above us. Get a room on the top floor and have absolutely no questions/be okay with contactless checkout and you’re golden.

Overall, the hotel was nice, clean, and well-maintained. However, it would really benefit from having a microwave and a smart TV, as those are amenities many guests expect. Unfortunately, the check-in process was extremely disappointing. The front desk staff seemed unorganized and made a major mistake by charging the check-in fee for a different room. This resulted in an unexpected hold of over $500 being placed on my account, which took multiple days to drop off. It was a very frustrating experience and caused unnecessary stress. The property also did not offer any compensation for the inconvenience. Because of the poor check-in experience and how the situation was handled, I will not stay here again.

Absolutely spectacular boutique hotel, 5 stars across the board. Staff couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful, the inn was beautifully appointed and clean, the restaurant and bar were top notch. I won’t stay anywhere else on my return trips to the Twin Cities!

Great spot to stay downtown and especially for convention center.
