A Total Nightmare
It was my worst experience ever.
Despite having registered all the requested information a month ahead of my stay, I had to message and call several times to get the property information access.
I finally got them after check-in time…
After a long drive and late at night, we arrived at the house and discovered no cleaning had been done. I called and messaged the host several times, but no support was offered.
Finally, I had to find and pay for a hotel in addition to the house rental even though we didn't sleep in the house...
The cleaning was eventually done on Saturday morning and the team allowed us a late departure on Sunday.
But it was not the end of the nightmare as on Sunday morning we had neither heater nor hot water.
We are still waiting for an answer to our compensation’s request…
Avoid the place !
