"The Hotel clearly benefits from its fantastic location within "The Circle". It was my first stay at this property and it was ok, but I must say that I expected more from a Hyatt Regency. Waiting for 10 minutes at the "please wait to be seated sign" at the restaurant before being noticed by the barman did not help the impression. "

"I had a very unpleasant stay at this hotel. The experience was ruined by Marc at the front desk. He lacks empathy, and was quite rude during our interactions. I would not recommend this place if you expect basic courtesy and decent hospitality."
