  • The holiday apartment Appartamento 5 is located in Capalbio and is perfect for an unforgettable holiday with your loved ones. The 40 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, air conditioning as well as a washing machine. This vacation rental features a private covered terrace for relaxing evenings.

    Enjoy the shared outdoor area with a fenced pool (open from end of May to mid-September), garden, barbecue, and outdoor shower.

    Public transport links are located within walking distance.

    15 parking spaces are available on the property (6 parking spots are covered)

    Pets, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed.
