“It's truly a boutique hotel, personally owned by one man since 2005. It took him 2 years to renovate a neglected 19th century stable and create a luxurious retreat. The hotel only has 8 rooms (making it the smallest 5-star hotel in France), and it's open during Biarritz' high season, only 4 months. “Un véritable havre de paix où l’on se sent immédiatement en vacances. Niché au cœur d’un magnifique golf, l’hôtel offre un environnement calme, verdoyant et particulièrement ressourçant. Les piscines intérieure et extérieure sont très agréables, parfaitement entretenues et invitent à la détente. L’ensemble de l’établissement est d’une propreté irréprochable. “We had a lovely relaxing stay. Our cabin was very clean and had plenty of space for everyone. We went to the beach daily and used the pool a couple of times. There is an onsite restaurant and several others in the beach (there beach is ~20 minute walk). Totally recommend”

“We found it terrible. First, we couldn't find the accommodation using our car navigation system, and calling was pointless because the elderly owner didn't speak a word of English. The agreed-upon price of €110 including tax with Hotel.com was also incorrect. We had to pay immediately, and the owner charged us another €10 in tax and another €15 for a small dog, even though we had agreed on €10. “The hotel is very close to the bus station and the supermarket. It takes 10 to 15 minutes to Bayonne or Biarritz by bus. The staffs were nice and willing to assist us during our stay. The light in the toilet was not enough but it was not a big problem. It is a budget choice when cheaper rooms in Bayonne and Biarritz are full booking.”
