"This hotel was wonderful. It’s out of the main tourist area in a quiet, traditional village. The town square is just a few minutes walk from the hotel and has various bars and cafes. The main tourist area is 5 minutes drive away which we travelled to on a few occasions. For those without a car the bus stop is about 200m away from the hotel. The hotel itself was perfect for us. Only 27 rooms across two floors. Rooms were soundproofed and apart from passing people in the corridor/stairways we hardly aware of anyone else in the hotel. We stayed in the Royal Suite which I can 100% recommend. A large room with stone steps leading to a private rooftop terrace with large sunbed and jacuzzi. Views of the castle and countryside were lovely. Breakfast was good, continental self serve plus a selection of warm food available to order. The hotel was clean, staff were attentive and the decor was lovely. The whole experience allowed us to wind down and relax in record time. We ate in the hotel one evening and the meal was delicious. Three courses with a bottle of wine came to around 200euros but it was a nice treat for us. The spa was very clean with nice facilities (jacuzzi, sauna, indoor pool) but only 6/8 loungers are available, although there is other seating around the pool. All in all we can’t wait to find the time to come back and stay at this hotel again. "

"We had a lovely last-minute stay at Cap Vermell Grand Hotel. From check-in to check-out the staff were incredibly accommodating. The rooms were spacious and comfortable - we loved our garden suite and enjoyed our private sun loungers. Although it is a newer and larger hotel, the atmosphere invokes old world charm, and the waterfall-lined pathways were a pleasure to navigate. And we have a new appreciation for Spanish food: the food in all the restaurants was delicious, even at the pool bar. We definitely hope to come again."

"Great location by church. Beautiful view!! Wonderfully helpful staff. Nice spa yet soaking tub is kept at a cooler temp. Great courtyard with outdoor pool. Yummy breakfast!!"

"The property is in a beautiful location in the middle of a forest , it is a little dated inside & could do with new utensils(kettle,toaster) . The new bathrooms were lovely , powerful showers .Air con was amazing , the finca itself has a lot of character . The pool is situated a little way from the finca & the views from pool are beautiful ! We did have a few issues during our stay , the pool water stained our clothing & inflatables , which unfortunately continued throughout our stay . Pool men came most days to try & help . Also after 10 days the cleaner had not been , we contacted host who offered for them to come the next day but as we only had 3 days left we declined the offer & asked for compensation for both issues ! All in all we enjoyed our stay , the hosts were quick to respond to our issues with the pool which we appreciated . But some times regarding other things could be a bit slow to respond ! Another thing we feel would be helpful is a welcome information pack / guestbook with info on the local area & the finca itself we have found these really helpful in other properties we have stayed in . Wi fi access good , property was a little hard to find so maybe in future a map pin could be given to help with this ! "

"We had an amazing stay for the 17 of us! Perfect space for everyone to be comfortable and well appointed kitchen amenities. Loves hanging out by the pool and kids had fun with all the float toys. Lots of fridge space was a bonus and great to have two dishwashers so it never felt too cluttered with dirty dishes. We had some meals prepared by chef David that were delicious and we paid forSome extra clean up help which was well worth it. And host Ewa was sooo responsive and helpful and helped to arrange a boat trip as well as the catered meal. Some of us came from very far so it was wonderful to be so comfortable. Highly recommend!!!"
