We only stayed here one night, because our flight arrived late at night and we had a long drive to get home. We really only slept, by the time we woke up we had to check out but we did not encounter any problems. The guy at the front counter was very helpful helping us check in even though it was midnight!

From the minute that I was there felt that I wasn't treated with respect like any other customer. The room was dirty, had no tv remote the desk clerk even told me that they didnt rent out that room certain times of the season and that anything that was needed for other rooms was taken from there. So right away it tells me that nothing was cleaned or fresh bed ledin. Hair, and dirt were on the floors and shower had someone else's hair and whatever else in it. May feet were dirty black almost when getting out of the shower! There was a blood splatter on the back of the bathroom door!! The fauset was dangling loose from being connected to the vanity. Had to constantly reswipe my pass card inorder to try getting the entrance doors and room door to open the window wouldn't open up to let any kind of fresh air into the room . And too top it off they charged me a $200.00 dollar deposit aswell in the room on my credit card and still to this date haven't received it back on my credit card. I told them I was checking out at the time and that I would like my deposit back. The lady at the desk said that it gets looked after and then it goes back onto the credit card. Well that was two days ago now!!!! I'm paying extra for the deposit as I message whom ever!!!!!! I want my deposit returned emeditlty that means NOW!!!+

Breakfast was average. Not a lot of selection. No fruit. There was a large family staying at the hotel and they were running around in the hallways past midnight. They were very loud and inconsiderate of the other people staying in the hotel. Little kids were running up and down the stairs and playing with the door handle of our room. The rooms have an alarm that goes off if you leave the door open for more than 10 seconds. It was very annoying especially with these people going in and out of their room when we were trying to sleep.

Close to downtown where we could see the small tidal bore. Liked that this location had laundry facilities available (only 1 wash machine and 1 dryer)
