The room we had was absolutely disgusting. The sofa was covered in hair and stained. Had to have the desk lady ( very nice lady who was very helpful and apologetic) come up and try to clean it. After 1/2 hr she gave us a sheet to put over the sofa because it still wasn’t completely clean. There was also hair in the shower and on the counter. Room was not vacuumed either. She told us someone would be up the next day to clean but nobody else came. No cleaning service for 3 days. Had to empty your own garbage cans. Asked for toilet paper at the front desk and they said they would bring it up. Had to go back down to the front desk later and ask again. This time they gave it to us. Other than the lady who was on the night we arrived the rest of them staff we encountered were not very helpful. Breakfast was the same for 3 days straight and not very good. Went to use the gym while there and the weights are horrible with rusty handles. The hotel itself is very dated and garbage cans in the hallways were constantly overflowing I guess due to the guests having to empty their own garbages. I would not stay here again unless it is the only place left. Very disappointing since this is a name brand hotel Days inn by Wyndham. Expected the room to be clean at the very least. Glad we brought Lysol wipes with us.
