Muelle de Pointe-du-Chene: Tours y Actividades

The property is in terrible shape, the room was horrible ,the television and telephone didn’t work. We exit the premises and had paid 161$ for 1 night through Expedia . They refuse Expedia for a refund that we requested and now we have to wait for management to get back to Expedia. We spent a couple of hours trying to find a other hotel. I wouldn’t even stay there if it was free. So disappointed

Room itself was dated with multiple things damaged but moderately clean. Parking lot was a disaster of large potholes. Breakfast was extremely sparse: no fruit, watered down juice, tiny options for cooked food and not enough seating during rush. Public spaces are also in rough shape. Staff was nice and helpful though
