Pointe-du-Chene Wharf Tours

Friendly staff

Second time using this hotel in about a month and will use in future. Very clean and large rooms with very comfy beds. Excellent view of the Bay of Fundy tidal waves. Good breakfast and nice staff members. Close to restaurants and shoppers. Only one minor issue with the nice large bathtub is it could use a grab bar for support. But this is minor and mostly for older travellers with a bit of balance issues.

I have stayed at this hotel several times over the years. The rooms are spacious; the walk in shower is wonderful and overall in previous years the experience has been comfortable. I don't know if the hotel has purchased new mattresses or if the ones on our beds were very old as we both felt like we were sleeping on little pads of metal. My back ached for two days and my sleep was less than restful. Other than that, it was our usual nice experience but I am not sure I want to take a chance with those mattresses again.
