"Lorenzo the receptionist was very helpful and tried his best to make the guest feels comfortable and he will work so hard to find out the answers to guests questions. The manager or owner is very professional and protective of her guests. She tries her best to make the guest feels safe. The breakfast was just ok but the staff were very good . The rooms lacked a bit of privacy as people can see through my window if I am having shower. It’s not cheap for the conditions and services they provide . "

"Communicating with the host was frustrating. An hour before arrival there was still back and forth communication because she did not have the booking due some issue with her Vrbo account. Booking was made for 3 guests, bedding was only provided for 2 guests. Requested additional bedding, only duvet and pillows delivered at 9am, no sheets.
Give this property a miss if you want to avoid frustration and poor service. "
"The service and cleanliness of the Guesthouse are fabulous. It serves a great breakfast. I gave 4 stars to the area around the facility, outside the gate, just to call attention to it being a mile from the center of Windhoek. The walk was not a problem for me, but it could be for a lot of folk. The management can order a car, and many tours will pick you up there."
