"Great location: close to the Capitola village, but off the main street so it stays quiet. We took our coffee down to the beach each morning and enjoyed the sunrise over the water. Well appointed and clean, timely communication with the host. We would stay here again. "

"Great location to shops and restaurants!!Can only maneuver in and out of the garage with a small car. Can get noisy. Wish they had king size beds instead of queen. Also would have liked dish towels in the kitchen and Kleenex and nightlights in the bathrooms. Enjoyed the natural light coming in and spaciousness. Could use more comfortable bed pillows. Really wished they would have had a dresser in the second bedroom to be able to put clothes somewhere. "

"The property was fantastic for a multi-fam vacation. The property was well-stocked, clean, and comfortable. The front door lock was quite tricky and caused some frustration, but otherwise it was a lovely stay"

"We loved the space - the owners definitely made the most out of a very small space. The apartment is beautiful, well stocked with everything you need for a stay, and right by the beach. The only issue we had was that it was a little crowded - and bathrooms were tiny. Might be difficult for someone tall or wide to navigate."
