“Our host was excellent and very helpful in offering suggestions about the neighborhood. The apartment is in excellent condition and well stocked with kitchen ware, soaps, towels and extra bedding. Lu'o'ng's apartment is in an excellent location, close to good dining, great grocery stores, hiking, and shopping either at the mall or Almaden Plaza. We love this place”

The king size bed was basic, but very comfortable and I am picky.”

“Discrepancies between listing on VRBO and actual accommodations: refrigerator and microwave were in a common area, NOT in the room, as listed. It was difficult to find the switch for the gas fireplace which was the only heat in the room and it was very cold, window open, when we arrived late in the evening (host was notified of late arrival.) The phones in the room did not work to call the front desk; I had to use my cell phone to reach them. Also, bed was hard; I realize this is a matter of……
