“Great stay! We enjoyed the cottage. Very close to twin lakes beach. The road was closed for us to easily access the boardwalk so we did have to drive further. The couch seemed very worn out. Everything else was great. ”

“Travelled with my family and this was cottage fit us perfectly. Loved the Marina view from back deck and the short walk to the beach. The neighborhood had everything we needed and was easy to get anywhere in town. Also, appreciated all the amenities - beach toys, chairs, outdoor shower. Would be lucky to get to come back.”

“Quiet private and cozy little retreat in the Santa Cruz mountains, very nicely decorated with lots of amenities and fully fenced and private yard. nice escape from the heat and smoke of the valley. Close to Santa Cruz and the beaches and lots of state parks.”

“We were so pleased with the location of this home. It felt like a home away from home.. The beds were comfortable everything you would need in the kitchen. Quiet neighborhood. Close quick walk down the stairs to the beach. Crows Nest for dining right down the way. We all were very happy.”

“Great location in a quiet neighborhood. Short walk to beach, market & harbor is nearby with coffee place & restaurants. The house had great gathering spaces for meals; big dining room table, & big table out on the back deck. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans & appliances. We barbecued every night with room for 10 around the table . Owner was responsive & very helpful. ”

A for bathroom amenities- super soft towels and high quality supplies (soap, shampoo, etc.). It’s private, secure, and spacious feeling for a condensed footprint. We will happily return!”

“We had a wonderful stay at the cottage! The view was absolutely breathtaking—especially at sunset, which was a nightly highlight. The short walk to the beach was quite steep, but it made for great exercise, and I often had the shoreline all to myself. A couple of minor things to note: we could’ve used a broom for quick cleanups, and the showers had some mildew in the grout. Still, those small issues were easy to overlook with such a peaceful setting and stunning scenery.”
