“What a spot! Absolutely beautiful area and property, couldnt ask for a better place. We didnt cook much, but what we did we found ample supplies for. Loved the crt tv with tapes! We enjoyed sitting outside and watching the seagulls. We walked down to the beach, which was super close. Great distance from everything we wanted to do. ”

“Wonderful property with lovely back patio opening to the river. Unusual with 2 parking spaces. Great bathroom and kitchen. Only thing that was difficult was the noise during the day from remodeling next door. However workers were considerate starting at 8 am and stopping about 3pm weekdays and no work on weekends.”

“Can I just move in?! The property is in the most ideal location. Very easy to walk to the beach and the beautiful downtown. We walked into the house and immediately felt like we were on vacation. It’s clean with quality furniture & a very comfortable bed. My daughter and her 3 friends enjoyed the downstairs 2 double beds. Claire was extremely responsive, provided snacks and a welcome note / wine. Capitola in general seems to have spotty WiFi. I had planned to work from the location but WiFi was……
