“This is my second time staying here at the Hitching Post. The room I got this time was with a king size bed and a kitchenette which I did not expected but definitely a plus. My partner and I really liked the location and it's close to nearby restaurants and shops. The only minor critique I have are the bed sheets, they felt like paper. Suggestion to the property owners, the shower needs a plastic curtain lining behind the fabric one because it absorbs too much shower water and leaks out onto the……

“Stayed the weekend with my grand daughter. Upon arrival.. the room wreaked of cigarettes. There holes in the wall black taped window in a back room supposed to be a kitchen but smells so bad you cant stand to be in there. The sheets and blankets on the bed were absolutely disgusting. Tons of someone elses hair in the sheets and blankets. I had to go to target and buy new sheets and blankets just so we could sleep. The whole room was filthy. Your shows stuck to the floor. You cant go in the lobby……

“This review is based on the fact it's basic hotel with a fantastic beach location for people who like quiet sleepy beach location. This is not where the exciting stuff is. I had a balcony with a sea view down the street. Nice bright, clean, pool, hot tub clean, facility is quiet. However you will get street noise if you have a balcony sea view but not if you are in other rooms. I didn't mind it as I also got the nice afternoon light. The traffic dies down around 10 pm.The rooms do have thin……

We were stuck next to a loud ice machine that cycled on and off all night; the hotel was full so they couldn’t move us.
