“Great host and a wonderful location. The VBRO was beautifully decorated and clean. Nice deck with BBQ and horseshoes available overlooking the Santa Cruz mountains. Short drive to the beach at Capitola as well. My wife and I appreciated all the flowers and shrubs surrounding the property. We would definitely come back. The host put a lot of thought into making this property comfortable with lots of amenities”

“Room was clean, very close to the beach and shops… parking was a challenge as we had to drive around for a while to get a spot. We had 3 people and a small dog, loved the fact there was a tv in living room and bedroom… so pretty quiet overall but when the people leaving upstairs it sounds like a hundred people were coming in and out… but overall I would definitely stay here again… the price breakdown was the people who run it charge more than the people who own it… still was a good deal for...
